Xana Group
Building a sharper digital identity for a multi-market contracting brand

Overview
Xana Group is a contracting and renovation company with a presence across UAE, Canada, and the USA, serving hospitality, commercial, and residential clients. As a service-led brand operating across multiple markets, Xana needed a digital presence that reflected the same structure, credibility, and execution standards it brings to its projects.

As a service-led brand operating across multiple markets, Xana needed a digital presence that reflected the same structure, credibility, and execution standards it brings to its projects.
The Challenge
Xana had the work, the experience, and the market presence, but its digital presence didn’t fully communicate that. While completed projects were being showcased, the brand lacked a cohesive strategy to show the people, processes, and systems behind the work, the very things that build trust in a service business. On top of that, one brand had to speak to audiences across different geographies with different expectations.

Our Insight
In contracting, final project photos may create interest, but they don’t build enough trust on their own. Clients also want to understand how a company operates, how projects are managed, and what makes the team reliable. We saw an opportunity to reposition Xana’s digital presence from a project showcase to a more process-led, credibility-building brand.
What We Did
-
Built separate social presences for UAE and Canada/USA to make communication more relevant to each geography
-
Expanded content beyond finished spaces to include behind-the-scenes execution, site footage, and process-led storytelling
-
Created a content ecosystem that balanced consistency, quality, and strategic value
-
Organized Xana’s digital presence to feel more cohesive and aligned with its positioning
The Outcome
-
Built a more cohesive and intentional brand identity
-
Strengthened Xana’s multi-market positioning with more relevant communication for each geography
-
Improved trust by showcasing the process, people, and thinking behind the projects
-
Shifted the brand from a project showcase to a more credible and differentiated contracting presence

Key Takeaway
For service businesses, the final result is only one part of the story. Real trust is built when you also show the process, people, and systems behind that result. With Xana, the goal wasn’t just to make the brand look active online, but to make it feel more credible, intentional, and aligned with the scale of work it delivers.
